As CEO, he is responsible for the direction and planning of all sales, marketing, services, product, engineering and IT functions.
A member of the engineering leadership team since the Version 1.0 release of the company's flagship communications platform, Chris has a passion for building world-class products, and has been instrumental in the design and development of Brainshark's award-winning platform since the beginning. Chris works closely with customers to support the planning, implementation and technical direction of the company's best-of-breed sales readiness solutions.
Chief Technology Officer
During his career, Dave has held operational roles of software engineer, research engineer, director of R&D, CTO, president, CEO and co-founder at organizational stages ranging from pre-revenue to 9 figure annual revenues and is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology (Computer Science). Dave is part philosopher, part warrior and all-in on whatever it takes to make teams and those around him successful. He is bit of a futurist, likes thought experiments and loves solving business problems with the combination of high performing teams and technology.
Chief Sales Officer
Phil leads all sales team initiatives nationally and worldwide as Brainshark continues to help new customers on their paths to better sales readiness and effectiveness. Joining Brainshark in April 2019, he has deep experience working in the sales data and intelligence markets, notably as one of the founders of OneSource, since acquired by Dun & Bradstreet. Most recently, Phil served as vice president of corporate development at ZoomInfo.
Chief Product Officer
Greg is chief product officer at Brainshark. Most recently, he was in charge of product, growth, marketing and customer solutions at Rekener. Greg is a go-to-market and revenue analytics subject matter expert who has previously held leadership positions at BBN Technologies and ZeroTurnaround. He graduated from Babson College with a degree in business administration, finance and strategic management and earned an MBA at Boston College.

Karin is responsible for providing Brainshark customers with first-class training, support and implementation, and ensuring that our clients get maximum value from Brainshark's solutions through improved sales readiness. With over 20 years of experience supporting customers in the technology industry, Karin has a proven track record of making and keeping customers happy.
Chief Financial Officer
Dermot is responsible for managing and leading Brainshark’s accounting and finance operations, as well as maintaining the company's relationships with its investors, outside counsel and financing institutions. Joining Brainshark in 2017, Dermot has 30 years of financial experience – including 26 years in CFO roles – working with international, high-growth, venture-capital-funded and public companies.
VP of Marketing
Brendan is responsible for all corporate marketing and demand creation activities, with a continued focus on positioning Brainshark as the sales enablement and readiness leader. An experienced content strategist, he holds a degree in journalism from the University of Rhode Island, and worked in editorial and content strategy before joining Brainshark in 2012. He’s an avid Boston sports fan, pop culture junkie, and he currently enjoys a four-minute daily commute.
